We're seeking a visionary Product Designer to lead the development of AI-driven features and user-centered design solutions. With a passion for creating best-in-class experiences, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and vision.

This is an L3 role offering the opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven solutions within our platform. As a Lead Product Designer, you are expected to supervise/mentor other product designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, engaging experiences that help revenue teams succeed
  • Define user experience from concept to delivery
  • Identify opportunities to integrate automated workflows, insights, and actions across multiple touchpoints in the product experience
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and experience with designing AI products
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Demonstrate systems thinking that connects individual data visualizations to create a coherent, end-to-end experience
