Job Description:

This is a challenging role that requires a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Oil & Gas industry and a proven track record in delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements from various stakeholders, including operations, engineering, and commercial teams.
  2. Document and communicate business requirements in clear and concise manner, using various techniques such as use cases, user stories, and process flows.
  3. Conduct gap analysis between current and future state processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  4. Develop business process models to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
  5. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  6. Develop data-driven solutions to improve decision-making and operational performance.
  7. Utilize data visualization tools to create insightful reports and dashboards.
  8. Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and tracking.
  9. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Strong understanding of upstream and downstream oil & gas operations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
