7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
8. Minimize project risks through effective risk management.
9. Achieve budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
10. Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex development projects.
11. Implement Agile framework improvements in project delivery.
12. Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to drive feature/product development.
- 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing and internal interactions.
2. Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
3. In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, project management principles, software development life cycles, and software quality assurance methodologies.
4. Familiarity with project management tools and bug/issue tracking systems.
5. Experience in driving continuous improvement using Agile performance metrics and working with remote teams.
6. Self-motivated, detail-focused, and organized with excellent prioritization and multitasking skills.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or significant project management experience.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a related field.
