Job Summary
This full-time on-site role as Head of Creative Marketing and Communications at Pankaj & Nidhi in Noida involves overseeing brand communication strategies, managing integrated marketing campaigns, brand management, public relations activities, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of brand communication strategies to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms
- Development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to promote the brand's image
- Management of brand assets, including visual identity and tone of voice
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive public relations and marketing efforts
- Leading creative storytelling and brand narrative development to engage target audiences
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, integrated marketing, and brand management
- Strong background in public relations and marketing, with experience in the fashion or luxury industry being a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Compensation Package
We offer an attractive compensation package, with an estimated salary of ₹1,250,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
