Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute performance tests using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and Dynatrace.
  • Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and connection issues.
  • Develop and implement performance optimization strategies to improve application performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance testing is integrated into the development lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance testing.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in performance testing, including experience with API and UI performance testing.
  • Good experience with performance testing types: Load Testing, Stress Testing, Scalability Testing, Spike Testing, Volume Testing, Endurance Testing.
  • Good programming skills in languages such as HTML, JavaScript, and Java.
  • Practical experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of memory profiling tools and basic experience with SQL/PL-SQL, Elasticsearch, Oracle, MS-SQL, IBM DB2.
  • Experience with LoadRunner and Performance Centre tools to design and execute load and performance tests.
  • Monitoring and Metrics experience in Prometheus, Grafana, and integrations with APM's.
  • Experience in preparing Performance Test Strategy for in-house products or client requirements.
  • Experience in Test management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps.
