We are seeking a Marketing Growth Associate to join our team.

Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will develop and execute paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, driving ROI-positive results.
  • They will ideate ad concepts, write compelling ad copies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for creative development.
  • The associate will monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to maximize return on investment.

Digital CRM Management

  • This role involves designing and implementing CRM strategies using tools like WebEngage or MoEngage to enhance customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • The associate will develop workflows, set up automated campaigns, and analyze customer data to optimize messaging and targeting.
  • They will work closely with internal teams to ensure CRM strategies align with overall growth objectives.

End-to-End Platform Ownership

  • This position requires assuming full ownership of all digital revenue-generating platforms, managing the process from ideation to execution.
  • The associate will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality creative output.
  • They will track key performance indicators, generate reports, and present insights to the management team to drive data-backed decision-making.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on growth, paid advertising, and CRM for direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Proven expertise in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a track record of driving ROI-positive campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of writing compelling ad copies and coordinating with creative teams.
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
