We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Content Specialist to create compelling visual content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling and be able to effectively communicate through video.
- Develop short and long-form video content tailored for social media, YouTube, reels, ads, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative, social media, and marketing teams to understand content strategy and execute video outputs that align with brand tone and objectives.
- Trim footage segments and assemble sequences while adding transitions, music, voiceovers, effects, and graphics as needed.
- Create motion graphics and simple animations in Adobe After Effects or similar tools to elevate video content.
- Manage a library of raw footage, edited versions, and project files with proper naming conventions and organization.
- Stay up-to-date with video trends, platform updates, and audience preferences to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Handle basic audio editing, color correction, and visual enhancements to deliver polished final products.
- Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and delivered in required formats and resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film, Media, Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in video editing, preferably for digital media or social platforms.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams.
- A well-prepared portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing skills and creative storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and sound editing.
- Familiarity with video formats and best practices for various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
