Machinery Automation Specialist
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Machinery Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in machinery maintenance and automation, with experience in operating and monitoring complex machinery systems. You will be expected to set up, calibrate, and adjust machines to ensure accurate and efficient production, conduct routine equipment checks to prevent downtime, and maintain product quality standards during machine operations.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for recording machine operating data, production outputs, and downtime logs accurately. You will work closely with our engineering team to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
You will also be expected to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment, following GHP and safety standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong understanding of machine operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of food safety, quality control, and hygienic practices.
- Familiarity with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to conduct and document in-process checks accurately.
- Attention to detail, ownership, and adherence to SOPs.
