Job Summary:

As a Manufacturing Systems Implementation Specialist at MERGEN CORPORATES PRIVATE LIMITED, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud Manufacturing applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration:

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules, including Work in Process (WIP), Inventory, and Quality Management.

Requirements Gathering:

- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business processes.

Solution Design:

- Design solutions to meet business needs, including defining and documenting business processes, functional specifications, and configuration documents.

Testing & Validation:

- Develop test plans, test scripts, and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of the system.

Training & Support:

- Provide end-user training and support, creating user manuals and documentation as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize manufacturing operations.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing functional consulting or relevant ERP implementation experience.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules (WIP, Inventory, Quality Management) and best practices.

- Experience with business process modeling and mapping.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Oracle Cloud certification in Manufacturing is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations and data migration.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing.
