As a Content Developer, you will collaborate with instructional designers to transform learning content into engaging e-learning modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement instructional design content into e-learning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • Design visually appealing and interactive e-learning courses, quizzes, and assessments.
  • Assist with writing and editing content for e-learning modules, blogs, and other learning materials.
  • Work with the instructional design team to understand content requirements and design specifications.
  • Review and test e-learning modules to ensure functionality, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently to meet deadlines.
Required Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new software tools and technologies.
  • Good understanding of technology and digital content creation processes.
  • Proficiency in digital content tools such as MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong visual skills and an eye for design.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of e-learning tools like Articulate Storyline (preferred).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Media, Communications, Design, etc.).
