Sales Ambassador

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Caller Executive to join our organization. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, proficient in Punjabi, and possessing basic computer knowledge.

This position involves initiating outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, handling inbound calls, addressing customer queries, and providing information professionally. The successful candidate will maintain a positive and confident demeanor on all calls, follow communication scripts, and document all call details accurately in the system.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, be able to handle customer inquiries and objections effectively, and work towards achieving daily and monthly call and sales targets.
