Job Description

A highly skilled Technical Lead is needed to spearhead the development of Large Language Model (LLM) and Generative AI (Gen AI) applications. This role will require a strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, as well as experience with deep neural networks.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure AI services, including Cognitive Search, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure OpenAI. Proficiency in Python is essential, along with knowledge of popular machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have expertise in LLMs, vector databases, and embedding techniques. Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based Gen AI solutions and agentic AI systems is also necessary.

A strong background in fine-tuning methods such as Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA), Quantized LoRA (QLoRA), and Pattern-Exploiting Training (PET) is required. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions is also essential.

This role involves collaborating with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and management for AI applications. The successful candidate will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.

  • Total Experience: 13-15 years;
  • Gen AI Experience: 5+ years;
  • Master's degree in computer science or information technology required.
