Tender Management and Contract Administration

 

  • Responsibilities include daily monitoring of government and private e-procurement portals for relevant tenders, evaluating eligibility criteria, scope of work, and risks before participating.

 

  • Prepare tender synopsis and present feasibility reports to management team, ensuring timely submission of bids with complete documentation.

 

  • Work closely with estimation, design, finance, and legal teams for inputs on technical and financial bids, coordinating efforts to meet client requirements.

 

  • Develop competitive pricing strategies based on competitor analysis, analyzing BOQ, material, manpower, and subcontracting requirements.

 

  • Maintain updated vendor registrations, certificates, and statutory compliances, ensuring adherence to legal, tax, and technical documentation in tenders.

 

  • Coordinate with government bodies, consultants, and clients for clarifications, attending pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client interactions.

 

  • Follow-up on tender results, maintaining relationships with authorities, and tracking market intelligence and competitor analysis reports.

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Business Administration.
  • 5–8 years' experience in tendering/contracts in infrastructure/construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of EPC, PPP, BOT tendering models.
  • Proficiency in government e-procurement portals (CPPP, IREPS, GEM, etc.).
  • Excellent MS Excel, MS Project, and documentation skills.
