As an expert in immigration law, you will provide top-notch legal counsel to our candidates on complex immigration-related matters and file H1B, EB3 or TN visas with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us navigate the intricacies of U.S immigration law and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have:
• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in the United States
• At least 5 years of experience in U.S immigration law
• Excellent knowledge of U.S immigration laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
