Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality service standards that exceed guest expectations.
  • Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation in guest rooms, public spaces, restaurants, and all other areas of the hotel.
  • Lead by example and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative solutions in housekeeping management, sustainability, interior design, chemicals, cleaning equipment, horticulture, and landscaping.
  • Foster effective communication with guests, colleagues, and external partners to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze feedback systems to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols at all times.">

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in housekeeping operations and management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in maintaining cleanliness, hospitality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of training and development principles, including sustainability and environmental awareness.
  • Understanding of interior design principles and their application in a hotel setting.
  • Proficiency in using chemicals, cleaning equipment, and technology to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Basic knowledge of horticulture and landscaping principles.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing property feedback systems and implementing improvements.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in software applications relevant to housekeeping operations.">
