Senior Leadership – Concept Design (Interior Design)

The Senior Leadership – Concept Design (Interior Design) is responsible for leading and overseeing the design team in the planning and execution of interior design projects.

This role involves conceptualizing design ideas, collaborating with clients, managing project timelines, and ensuring projects meet both aesthetic and functional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Fostering a collaborative and creative environment, providing guidance and feedback to junior designers.
  • Client Collaboration
    • Understanding client needs, developing design proposals, and presenting design concepts.
  • Project Management
    • Overseeing all stages of the design process, from initial concept to final implementation, managing project timelines and resources, and ensuring timely delivery of design milestones.
  • Design Development
    • Conceptualizing design ideas, creating detailed design plans, selecting materials and furnishings, and ensuring design solutions are practical and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Coordination and Collaboration
    • Working closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design with other aspects of the project.
  • Design Expertise
    • Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, color theory, and materials selection.
