Job Description
  • You will be responsible for developing and articulating a clear vision and strategy for business operations.

This involves providing key inputs as an industry expert and driving long-term success strategy in partnership with functional leaders. You will also ensure that strategic objectives are met and resources are effectively allocated.

Additionally, you will provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets. As a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners, you will act as a trusted advisor and counselor.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 18 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and profitability is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, are required.
  • Data-driven and highly organized with superior project management skills, you will be able to take on new challenges and execute with high velocity.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially with storyboarding and deck writing for diverse audiences, are essential.
