Seeking a seasoned Server Operations Expert to oversee the management of complex IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Collaborate with cloud teams on AWS and Azure environments.
  • Implement server security protocols, patch management, backup strategies, and disaster recovery initiatives.
  • Automate routine tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools.
Requirements:
  • At least 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration.
  • Strong proficiency with system performance tuning, backup solutions, patch management, and IT security best practices.
  • Familiarity with working night shifts as part of a dynamic team environment.
Expertise:
  • Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerShell, batch scripting, and other automation tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to issue resolution, and a strong focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

  • Certifications in related fields (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate).
