Lead Nucleic Acid Chemistry Specialist
\This is an exceptional opportunity to drive groundbreaking research in oligo synthesis and analytics.
\The role requires expertise in phosphoramidite chemistry, purification, and analysis, with a strong foundation in solid-phase synthesis and instrumentation management. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional method development initiatives, driving QC processes, and maintaining lab safety and SOPs.
\- Purify and characterize oligos using HPLC, PAGE, CE, LC-MS, UV-Vis, and MS
- Run and troubleshoot automated solid-phase synthesis (detritylation–oxidation cycles)
- Scale synthesis to mmol level (coupling efficiency >99%)
- Maintain lab instrumentation, inventory, and safety protocols
The ideal candidate will have a PhD in oligo synthesis and analysis or a related field, with 2-5 years of experience in the industry. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
