Oracle Utilities C2M Architect

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our architectural and technical endeavors for Oracle Utilities C2M suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural and technical efforts for Oracle Utilities C2M suite implementation.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of C2M components, including Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Service and Asset-based architecture within C2M, Field Service Integration (e.g., with MWM or external FSM platforms), Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) for integration with head-end systems.
  • Manage meter-to-cash (M2C) processes including billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, service orders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Oracle Utilities applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT.
  • Familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules within Oracle Utilities applications.
  • Expertise in Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Enterprise utility architecture design experience.
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and architecture blueprints.
  • Proven track record of delivering Oracle Utilities solutions in large-scale utility implementations.
