Job Title: BIM Modeller MEP

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Information Modelling (BIM) professional with expertise in MEP design to join our team of experts in architectural design and interior fit-out projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed models from drawings, sketches, and calculations for MEP, LV, Fire Fighting, PHE services across various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed Revit models and construction documentation for MEP, LV, Fire Fighting, PHE services from schematic design through construction phases for architecture, interior, and landscape design schemes.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, design engineers, interior designers, and project managers to understand design intent and project requirements.
  • Develop proficiency in using BIM authoring tools to provide technical support to the project team.
  • Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines.
  • Ensure models follow established standards and goals in the BIM execution plan.
  • Create discipline specific BIM system families for projects.
  • Generate accurate floor plans, sections, details, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
  • Ensure in development of coordinated and clash-free models in coordination with the design team.
  • Verify that all models comply with project design intent, relevant building codes, standards, and project specifications.
  • Maintain and organize Revit project files, libraries, and standards.
  • Assist in reviewing shop drawings and submittals for compliance with contract documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in MEP Engineering Design
  • Fresher to 8 years of experience as a Revit Modeller with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in modelling MEP services in architectural and interior fit-out projects.
  • Ability to lead issue resolution and challenges.
  • Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, detailing, and building materials.
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP drawings.
  • Strong attention to accuracy and details.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
