Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled senior PCB design professional with expertise in schematic and layout design, validation, board bring up, and debugging.

  • Develop multilayer PCB layouts up to 6-12 layers for mixed-signal designs.
  • Design high-speed mixed signals and HDI boards.
  • Expertise in BGAs with blind and buried via techniques.
  • Familiarity with the latest interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, CAN, etc.
  • Implement differential routing, length matching routing, impedance routing, etc.
  • Minimize EMI/EMC issues.
  • Experience in DFM & DFA analysis, Gerber & ODB++ checking.
  • Follow IPC standards.
  • Design schematic symbols and PCB footprints.
  • Utilize Allegro tool for schematic design entry.
  • Review schematic and PCB layouts for internal and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with PCB vendors to resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Perform board bring-ups, debugging, and testing.
  • Expertise in UART, I2C, LCD, SPI, QSPI, CSI2, and CAN communication protocols.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful production-level PCBs.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective interaction with third-party vendors and review of work.
  • Good knowledge of industrial PCB design tools and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
  • 10+ years of experience in PCB design.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
