The Role:
As a Senior Business Analyst at Talent 500 Tech, you will work closely with stakeholders from ANSR and Talent500 to drive initiatives that solve problems related to recruitment. You will be part of a team of analysts who work together to identify the right metrics to track progress against a given business goal. Your responsibilities will include developing compelling stories with business insights, creating and automating reports/dashboards, designing, running, and measuring experiments, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. You must have high proficiency in scripting, business intelligence tools, and data warehouse, including SQL, Domo/Tableau/Visual tools, and MS Excel.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- You must have 5-8 years of experience in analytics.
- Highly proficient in scripting, business intelligence tools, and data warehouse.
- Medium proficiency in product analytics - Google Analytics, Machine learning, Forecasting, etc.
- Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills in order to extract insights and recommendations.
- Automation of Excel and other reports with Python and macros.
- Technical - Excel, SQL/Redshift, Python, Google Analytics/Omniture, Dashboards - Domo/Tableau/Power BI/Google Studio/Qlikview.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- You should have worked in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
- Bachelors in Engineering from a reputed Institute. MBA from a reputed institute is a plus.
