Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, administrative tasks, and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor relationships, including payments and related MIS.
  • Provide end-to-end administrative support to stores and office, creating a delightful experience for customers and employees.
  • Maintenance of AMC, pest control, service & repair.
  • Oversee and coordinate events.
  • Travel management.
  • Inventory management of supplies and assets.
  • Lead teams to ensure a hygienic workplace and smooth operations.
  • Responsible for procurement, PO, GRN, Invoice processing.
  • Recommend cost-saving options.
  • Audit the workplace to ensure hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
  • Strong customer focus and stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Willingness to travel within and outside Bangalore.
