Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on location and experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement reliability strategies for pitch systems in new turbines.
  • Collaborate with the System Lead to define validation plans for new turbines.
  • Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • SUPPORT RCA investigations related to pitch systems.
  • Identify design improvements based on reliability studies.
  • Develop and coordinate DFMEA actions for pitch systems.
  • Support system documentation efforts.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in mechanical engineering or comparable field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the wind turbine sector, specifically with pitch systems.
  • Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Good written and spoken English; German and Spanish skills a plus.
  • Availability to travel.
