Web Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Management Specialist to oversee the maintenance and growth of our brand's website. This individual will be responsible for ensuring quality content, optimal performance, and excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of web professionals and oversee project execution
  • Liaise with design and development teams for tasks and projects
  • Pitch improvements to the website and plan its maintenance
  • Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the client's website
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues
  • Ensure website security and protect against breaches
  • Conduct content audits and eliminate redundant information
  • Plan communication aligned with the brand's strategy
  • Ensure website quality and efficiency through regular test plans
  • Collaborate with teams and management to align the website with brand strategy
  • Analyse and present monthly website performance reports
  • Maintain a tracker of all website updates and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of user behavior and building user journeys
  • Awareness of product management best practices
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude
  • Working knowledge of web technologies
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Shopify, Magento)
  • Experience using at least 1 e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento)
  • Experience using Agile Methodology for Project Management
  • Google Analytics Power User
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • Good understanding of SEO
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
