About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Access Management Professional to join our Identity & Access Management Operations (IAM Operations Support) function as part of the Global Cyber & Information Security (GCIS) group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing access to FIL applications and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) principles in a controlled and regulated environment. Key responsibilities include working with Business Analysts to define and refine processes, identifying risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, and ensuring operations readiness strategy alignment.
About Your Team
The IAM Ops team is responsible for provisioning/de-provisioning, role management, access request support, audit support, and other access-related activities. As a member of this team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes and drive process improvements. You will also contribute to developing and implementing policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure secure access to company resources.
About Your Role
In this critical position, you will take end-to-end ownership of specific streams of operations readiness, guiding stakeholders through changes regarding process and technology. Key responsibilities include maintaining Business Roles/Functional Roles that meet business requirements, adhering to strict security procedures and Fidelity Information security policies and standards, ensuring standard approaches across all Business Roles, performing analysis and remediation activities to ensure security compliance, and timely reporting of key tasks, issues, and findings to Management. To succeed in this role, you should have a solid background in Identity and Access Management with 3-5 years of experience. A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred. Must-have skills include experience with RBAC, SailPoint - Identity Now, transformational project experience for IAM technologies, IAM Business Analyst experience, access governance, access recertification, SOD policies, Role management, Role mining, analytical skills, understanding of audit and compliance reporting, MS Active Directory, Database, SQL, Shell Script, implementing Account and Entitlement aggregation, Risk-Based Access Control, Role Engineering techniques, orphan/uncorrelated account review and remediation, problem-solving, and team-building skills. Good-to-have qualifications include knowledge of Information Security Concepts and Domains, primarily in Access Control, SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Professional, ITIL, ISO 27001, CISM.
