Product Stewardship Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Product Stewardship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various projects, including key product data submissions, composition alignment, and mandatory notifications.
About the Role- You will work closely with other team members across different regions and time zones to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collate and submit key product data to an external tool in accordance with established guidelines.
- Align compositions, including impurities, in internal tools to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage classification and labelling notifications to ECHA, ensuring timely submission and minimal disruptions.
- Coordinate Swiss BAG product notifications, guaranteeing prompt response times and high-quality deliverables.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, chemical engineering, Data analytics, or related field, or a Master's degree in Chemistry (Organic, Physical & Inorganic) is required.
- Familiarity with IT tools, such as Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and ideally EHS systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand complex chemical products and their properties.
- Fluency in English language is essential.
