Mission:

  • Create and lead a high-performing marketing design team, ensuring world-class creative output and strong client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design services function, setting quality standards and review processes.
  • Oversee and mentor designers, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with client strategy teams to deliver impactful, conversion-focused creative.
  • Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet brand and performance requirements.
  • Manage resources and timelines to ensure profitable operations and client satisfaction.
  • Act as a senior client-facing leader, building trust and positioning design as a strategic value driver.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in agency or client-facing roles leading creative/design functions.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in email design, digital banners, ads, and marketing assets.
  • Experience managing design teams with a balance of creativity and operational efficiency.
  • Business acumen with ability to manage budgets and growth targets.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills; ability to translate business needs into compelling design solutions.
