Home Care Specialist

A successful candidate for the Associate Home Care Services role will have a strong ability to process requisitions and other business forms, checking account balances, and approving purchases. They must also be skilled in advising other departments on best practices related to fiscal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage account records, issue invoices, and handle payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies and ensure financial stability.
- Analyze financial data and assist with audits, reviews, and tax preparations to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Update financial spreadsheets and reports with the latest available data to provide stakeholders with accurate insights.
- Prepare operating budgets, financial statements, and reports that are comprehensive and easy to understand.
- Review existing financial policies and procedures to ensure they align with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide support with payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee payments.
- Familiarity with financial software and systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
