Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned technology expert to lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle HCM Core HR functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine advanced algorithms for payroll, absence management, and benefits modules.
  • Drive adoption of innovative UI features and extension tools for enhanced user experience.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate technical needs into functional solutions.
  • Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and ensure seamless integration with third-party applications.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
  • Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and solution designs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices within the HCM team.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong expertise in Core HR configuration and algorithm development.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Redwood UI or VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service).
  • Proficiency in related modules such as Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM tools like HCM Extract, HDL, BI Publisher, and Workflow.
