Job Summary:
ACME Group seeks a highly skilled Chief Governance Officer to oversee the company's secretarial compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in listing regulations, corporate governance, and SEC compliances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Post-listing secretarial compliances for listed groups
  • Draft relevant resolutions, corporate governance reports, annual reports, and ballot notices
  • Deal with regulatory agencies such as SEBI, Stock Exchanges, MCA, and ROC

Requirements:

Prior experience in following aspects of rights issue, FPOs, QIP, and debt listing is preferred.
