Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to occupy the role of Senior Data Scientist. In this position, you will have the opportunity to utilize data analytics to develop sophisticated algorithms that personalize treatments based on patients' clinical and behavioral histories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the implementation of various artificial intelligence initiatives aimed at enhancing patient health and wellness outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and customers to understand their pain-points and design large-scale solutions to address them.
  • Define technical architecture for productizing machine-learning algorithms and positioning them in the market through strategic partnerships.
  • Translate complex business problems into machine learning challenges and design solution workflows.
  • Work closely with our data platform and applications team to integrate data science capabilities or algorithms into their products/workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date on advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to enhance existing systems.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field (Ph.D. preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in data science, with a preference for those with healthcare experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python, particularly in building enterprise applications.
  • Deep expertise in classical and modern NLP techniques, including training or fine-tuning transformer architectures.
  • Understanding of advanced LLM tuning techniques like PEFT, with experience in LoRA and QLoRA being a plus.
  • Experience with GenAI tools and techniques, including but not limited to RAG, VectorDBs, and Agentic AI fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following: LangChain, Crew.AI.
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks, such as PyTorch and HuggingFace transformers.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ML platform from amongst Databricks, Azure ML, Sagemaker.
  • Good to have: Hands-on experience with API frameworks, leveraging their capabilities for developing robust web applications (FastAPI preferred).
  • Good to have: Comfortable with AWS cloud technologies.
