Academic Leader for Allied Health Programs

We are seeking an experienced academic leader to guide our Allied Health programs and foster innovation, strategic planning, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans for the School of Allied Health Sciences, focusing on curriculum development and program assessment.
  • Foster effective collaboration between university departments and industry partners to drive innovation and growth.
  • Lead faculty members in the development and implementation of high-quality curricula and educational programs.
  • Oversee student recruitment, admissions, and career services, ensuring a seamless experience for students.
  • Mentor students and provide guidance on research opportunities, helping them achieve their full potential.

Qualification Requirements:

  • A Ph.D. in Physiotherapy (Radiology, Anaesthesia, Medical Laboratory Technology, or any other discipline under Allied Health Care) is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare education and administration is necessary.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders is crucial.
