Content Management Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Content Management Specialist to join our team and contribute to shaping the future with confidence.

This role involves supporting our global content team by performing production activities in Adobe Experience Manager, including uploading content, choosing modules, publishing content, and ensuring quality control and visual aesthetics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all pages while ensuring their optimal performance.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop webpages based on provided information and add proper components and modules as specified.
  • Publish content on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for various sites.
  • Be comfortable using Content Management Systems (CMS) - managing, creating, and publishing pages.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and approvers to ensure timely content publication.
  • Have an eye for design and basic knowledge in software such as Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and MS Office.
  • Understand AEM CMS templates and modules to suggest the right options to stakeholders.
  • Be proficient in image selection relevant to content.
  • Must have experience working closely with global teams.
  • Be professional, confident, and enthusiastic, adapting to flexible work timings and demonstrating exceptional work ethics and customer focus.
  • Familiar with different content management systems.
  • Possess a basic understanding of HTML.
  • Demonstrate exceptional project coordination skills.
