Windchill Migration Expert

We are seeking an accomplished professional to oversee the migration of Windchill applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate Windchill applications to newer versions or platforms, ensuring seamless transitions and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and challenges of the migration process.
  • Design and implement migration strategies and plans, taking into account technical and business considerations.
  • Perform thorough data mapping and validation to ensure accuracy during migration.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the migration process, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for team members on Windchill functionalities and best practices.
  • Document migration procedures, workflows, and technical specifications, maintaining accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10-12 years of experience in Windchill implementation and migration projects, demonstrating expertise in application migration and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windchill architecture, customization, and integration with PDM and PLM processes.
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Java, XML, or SQL, as well as database management systems and data migration tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
