Merchant Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to spearhead our merchant operations. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in merchant management.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to increase business opportunities.
• Identify and acquire new clients to expand our customer base.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our merchant portfolio.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in Merchant Management.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including loans and deposits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
