Job Title: Azure Data Engineer

Location: Remote

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Experience: 4–6 Years

We are seeking a skilled Azure Data Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data and analytics solutions using Azure Data Engineering technologies.

  • Data Pipeline Development: You will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics.
  • Data Cleansing and Transformation: You will work on data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment using PySpark and Databricks notebooks.
  • Incident Resolution and Support: You will handle incident resolution, bug fixing, root cause analysis, and provide on-call support as required.
  • Code Reviews and Enhancements: You will perform code reviews, enhancements, and performance tuning.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: You will collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver scalable data solutions.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Implementation: You will implement continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Azure Databricks, PySpark, Azure Synapse Analytics
  • Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, Blob Storage
  • Python, SQL, JSON, Parquet
  • Azure DevOps (CI/CD)
  • Data Warehousing & Data Modeling concepts
  • ServiceNow (incident/change management)

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred)
  • DP-203 Certification

Shift Details:

  • Weekly rotational shifts:
  • 11 AM – 8 PM
  • 2 PM – 11 PM
  • 5 PM – 2 AM

The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and developing data pipelines, data cleansing, and transformation using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics. Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and JSON is required. Additionally, experience with ServiceNow and data warehousing concepts would be beneficial. If you have a certification in DP-203, it's a plus The job requires working in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts is essential.
