The Closing Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire property closing process, ensuring seamless coordination between various stakeholders to achieve timely and error-free closures.
This role involves managing the closing process from booking to registration/handover, coordinating with customers, sales teams, legal advisors, and banks for documentation and loan processing, and ensuring accuracy of agreements and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the closing process from booking to registration/handover.
- Coordinate with customers, sales teams, legal advisors, and banks for documentation and loan processing.
- Ensure accuracy of agreements and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Resolve client queries related to agreements, stamp duty, registration, and possession.
- Maintain closing MIS reports and update management on weekly progress.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in real estate, preferably in closing/registration/documentation.
- Strong knowledge of property registration procedures, stamp duty, RERA compliance, and loan disbursement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
