Job Overview

The Closing Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire property closing process, ensuring seamless coordination between various stakeholders to achieve timely and error-free closures.

This role involves managing the closing process from booking to registration/handover, coordinating with customers, sales teams, legal advisors, and banks for documentation and loan processing, and ensuring accuracy of agreements and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the closing process from booking to registration/handover.
  • Coordinate with customers, sales teams, legal advisors, and banks for documentation and loan processing.
  • Ensure accuracy of agreements and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Resolve client queries related to agreements, stamp duty, registration, and possession.
  • Maintain closing MIS reports and update management on weekly progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in real estate, preferably in closing/registration/documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of property registration procedures, stamp duty, RERA compliance, and loan disbursement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and documentation handling.
