Azure Data Engineer Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Azure data engineer to design, build and maintain large-scale data processing systems on the Azure platform.
  • Key responsibilities include developing and implementing data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Synapse Analytics, as well as maintaining scalable data processing systems using Azure Databricks and Azure Functions.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data pipelines, ETL processes and data warehouses that provide insights to drive business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering with Azure
  • Proficient in ADF, Azure Databricks, Azure Functions and Azure Synapse Analytics
  • Strong understanding of data processing concepts and principles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
