Job Title: Data Product Manager

As a seasoned data product manager with experience in shaping and managing data products across the enterprise, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our company's vision for data-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that align with business goals, ensuring seamless integration of data platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical deliverables.
  • Partner with architects and developers to design, build, and deploy scalable, secure, and reliable data pipelines that meet business needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for offshore delivery teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment with US-based business stakeholders.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics for data platform products, driving data-informed decision-making.
  • Drive adoption and usability of Snowflake-based solutions, ensuring business value realization.
  • Support delivery teams in Agile/Scrum environments, facilitating backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Owner in data-focused projects.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data pipeline design principles.
  • Proven expertise in working with cloud-based data platforms; Snowflake is essential.
  • Excellent grasp of ETL/ELT processes, data governance, and quality standards.
  • Experience in building and launching data platform capabilities or products.
  • Familiarity with tools like dbt, Airflow, or Fivetran is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, particularly in distributed team settings.
  • Experience working in hybrid or offshore delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in data engineering or analytics before transitioning into product roles.
  • Exposure to the restaurant or retail industry is a valuable asset.
  • Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is preferred but not required.
