Workday Functional Consultant

The role of Workday Functional Consultant is to design, implement and maintain the configuration of Workday solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop complex configurations for clients, manage data transformation, and perform EIB Data loads.
  • Lead small implementation projects, manage workload, and assist teams in all phases of the delivery lifecycle.
  • Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.
  • Coordinate with leads and project managers for project delivery.
  • End-to-end ownership of assigned projects.
Requirements
  • Excellent technical and functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions.
  • Thorough configuration build knowledge in Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability to learn new skills and manage multiple projects and teams.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Experience with Workday Project Lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Module - Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday object model and solution design approach.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Requirements gathering, definition, and investigation of business/technical requirements.
  • Designing Workday solutions to meet client needs.
  • Conducting sessions with client personnel to verify required aspects of concerned modules.
  • Ability to configure based on filled workbooks.
  • Application testing and production support.
