Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and audits, testing and analysis, maintaining records, training staff, collaborating with teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures to maintain food safety and quality during production.
  • Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products to check for contamination, nutritional content, and sensory attributes like taste and texture.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation of inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
  • Training employees on quality standards and best practices to ensure consistent adherence.
  • Collaborating with production, purchasing, and engineering teams to address quality issues and improve processes.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance by staying updated on food safety laws and ensuring that products meet all legal requirements.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a degree in B.Sc or M.Sc, at least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, and strong knowledge of quality control procedures and regulatory compliance.
