Backend Developer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality server-side applications.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, software engineering principles, and programming languages such as PHP, Node.js, and MySQL.
  • You will work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing features with server-side logic, ensuring seamless interactions between client and server.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement scalable, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Analyze and debug complex technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Maintain existing software applications, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience as a Backend Developer.
  • Strong expertise in building high-performance APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
