About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a senior leadership position, overseeing governance and organization brand proposition. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with external stakeholders, including regulators, to ensure effective entity governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with relevant external stakeholders, including regulators, to facilitate entity governance and organization brand proposition.
  • Collaborate with site line managers and leadership to manage HR service delivery.
  • Promote the use of HR Delivery Services, addressing any associated issues proactively.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks related to third-party suppliers and processes.
  • Ensure alignment between policy and legal standards, as well as adherence to internal governance and external regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies for managing vendor relationships effectively.
  • Work closely with Site leadership and senior HR resources at the site.
  • Engage with relevant external stakeholders, including Regulators, to enable Entity Governance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 12 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and ethical workplace practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing change initiatives.
  • Sound grasp of local labor laws and global regulatory frameworks.
