Job Description:

Expertise is sought in the provision of top-notch SAP TRM services, with a focus on high-level support and issue resolution.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert level 2 and level 3 support for in-house cash using SAP TRM
  • Identify and rectify problems, collaborate closely with Scrum teams to execute enhancements and bug fixes
  • Collaborate effectively with Product owners and business stakeholders to enhance business processes
  • Contribute to Central Finance project development through inputs
  • Address any issues that may arise from regression testing efforts

Essential Requirements:

  • Prior experience with SAP TRM project implementation and support
  • Clear understanding and hands-on expertise with in-house cash functionality
  • Strong knowledge of TRM business processes such as money market, foreign exchange, derivatives, and options
  • Effective communication and client handling skills
  • Clear comprehension of key functionalities including electronic manual bank statements, payments, electronic manual check deposit payment advices, inbound and outbound interfaces
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage goals to meet time requirements

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum and Kanban delivery models
  • Strong understanding of SAP's inbound and outbound APIs
  • Treasury and banking module implementation, including banking interfaces, lockboxes, EBS statements, and automatic payment programs
  • Familiarity with house banks, bank accounts, GL structure, posting rules for automatic assignment
