Key Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a Wealth Manager and Portfolio Specialist to enhance our high net worth customer relationships.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex financial portfolios, increasing customer profitability, and capturing larger shares of the wallet.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis and feedback from various channels and customers.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the organization.
  • Demonstrate expertise in sales planning and conceptualize promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with banking industry trends, FEMA regulations, and HNI/HNW customer behavior.

Leadership Responsibilities (if applicable):

  • Attract and retain top talent for key roles within their reporting structure.
  • Maintain employee productivity, hiring quality, and attrition rates while making necessary improvements.
  • Drive business growth targets by providing essential support to teams.
  • Measure success using metrics such as CA/SA growth, customer acquisition, product cross-sell targets, and employee engagement.
