The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our team, identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving change management initiatives. This includes developing and referring to performance metrics to drive team performance and business results.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing a shift and constantly identifying opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Developing and/or referring to performance metrics to drive team performance and business results.
  • Identifying business impact of trends and making data-backed decisions.
  • Communicating with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Finance, Ops Excellence, Fulfillment Centers).
  • Escalating problems or variances in information and data to relevant owners and following through on resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
