English Communication Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced English communication trainer to join our team. As a trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact English communication training programs for students aged 12-18.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering engaging and outcomes-oriented lessons in spoken English, pronunciation, listening, vocabulary in context, and applied grammar.
  • Running focused workshops on presentations, group discussions, mock-interviews, and interview bootcamps.
  • Designing formative and summative assessments to track measurable progress and produce concise progress reports for parents.
  • Using child-sensitive pedagogy and knowledge of adolescent psychology to connect, motivate, and manage students effectively.
  • Mentoring students individually where needed to help shy or anxious learners build confidence.


A successful candidate will have exceptional spoken and written English skills, strong soft-skills coaching ability, and a deep understanding of adolescent psychology. Minimum 1 year classroom/training experience is required, with a preference for candidates with school, coaching, or corporate training experience. The ideal candidate will be energetic, patient, empathetic, and outcome-focused, with the ability to work comfortably with technology such as Google Classroom and Zoom.
