ERP Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned ERP project lead with a proven track record in managing complex ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implementation Planning and Execution
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for successful ERP implementation outcomes.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals and objectives.
ERP Implementation Oversight
  • Lead full-cycle ERP implementations from initiation through to go-live and stabilization phases.
  • Drive continuous improvement and system optimization post-deployment to ensure seamless operations.
Cross-Functional Team Coordination
  • Lead and coordinate internal cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and direction to ensure team alignment and accountability.
Stakeholder and Change Management
  • Communicate project milestones, status updates, risks, and issues to all relevant stakeholders effectively.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk and Issue Mitigation
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and execute risk response and contingency plans to address potential issues.
Quality and Compliance Assurance
  • Ensure ERP solutions meet business, functional, and technical requirements and standards.
  • Oversee QA processes including testing strategies, validation, and audits to guarantee quality delivery.
Vendor and Partner Evaluation
  • Evaluate, select, and manage vendors and implementation partners to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Budget and Cost Control
  • Manage ERP project budgets effectively to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
  • Monitor project financials and report on budget performance to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in managing ERP projects.
  • Proven track record of successful ERP implementations with measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of ERP methodologies, system architecture, and integration points.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and teams simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certification).
